This mare is out of Two D Driftwood and Sabres Miss Solanos. This is a big soggy mare that should produce some solid ranch geldings. We are excited to see what she will produce in the future. She was sold in 2016.
Sabres Ms Solanos (Reference Mare Only)
1998 Bay Mare
We have owned Ms Solanos since she was a 3 year old. She is well broke to ride and has some working cow horse training. She is a very stout mare with an easy going disposition. We have raised 8 colts out of her and they have included palominos, red duns and buckskins. We have decided to scale down our broodmare band and she was sadly picked to be sold. The buckskin filly below is out of Pepto and will be kept as a replacement for her. She was sold.
MG Copperwood (Reference Mare Only)
2001 Buckskin Mare
We have owned this mare since she was a weanling. She has produced 7 colts for us of which 3 were bay roans and 4 were buckskins. This mare stands close to 16 hands and puts her size into her colts. She is sore on a front leg so was never ridden but is very gentle to handle and is able get around the pasture fine. In the second picture, her colt is the bay roan behind the bay. She was sold.
