TDM Wily Wood Ike
2017 Sorrel Stallion
Blue Lighting Ike (White Lighting Ike) X Wily Whata Baby (Wilywood)
We sold this stallion as a two year old and shortly after we lost his sire to an injury. Red was rode and started in the heeling. The fall of 2023, we got the chance to buy this handy well mannered stallion. We look forward to being able to roping on him and bringing his Driftwood genetics back into our program. Look for his first foal crop to arrive in 2025.

JS Peptos Driftwood
2020 Perlino Stallion
Two D Driftwood X JS Peptos Full A Pep (Peptos Golden Cowboy)
This was the last colt sired by our main herd sire, Two D Driftwood. This was the only Perlino he ever sired and just so happens to be out of the dam to a mare that Dawn showed to the 2020 High Point AQHA Cowboy Ranch Versatility All Around. We started Apollo (named by our boys) his two year old year and put about thirty rides on him. He was easy to start and had a wonderful way of moving. We are excited to see what we will get from this stallion and are also excited to be able to have one that will keep the bloodlines that really started our program.

Two D Driftwood (Deceased)
1998 Palomino Stallion
Drifter has been our main ranch stallion for over fifteen years. His colts have proven to be outstanding ranch geldings as well as arena horses. Every one of Drifter's colts are dependable and tough as nails. I just can's say enough about this stallion's disposition. Drifter is pulled from his mares in the fall and is turned out to babysit our yearlings and 2 year olds the rest of the year. He just never gets rattled or aggressive. We purchased him as a colt and rode him until he was three. He has been the center of our program for the last 18 years and I hope he will be around to keep that legacy going for many more. Below are some pictures of his colts being used on the ranch. Drifter passed away the spring of 2020 after producing quality ranch geldings for almost 20 years.
Blue Lighting Ike (Deceased)
2007 Blue Roan Stallion
Sadly, we lost this wonderful stallion the spring of 2017. We were just happy we had a chance to own him for two seasons.
We had been searching for a long time for a blue roan driftwood bred stallion and by chance we happened across this own son of White Lighting Ike. We were also very happy to find that he was out of a daughter of Lowry Star. We visited the home of Lowry Star many years ago and were very impressed with the quality of ranch & performance horses that he produced. Ike was a proven color producer with colts loaded with chrome that have quiet easy handling dispositions and lots of size.

Busy Haidin (Deaceased)
2006 Buckskin Stallion
Busy was purchased from Haythorn Land and Cattle Co at the 2016 Return to the Remuda Sale. We had purchased a son of Busy in 2013 and have shown him at AQHA Ranching Heritage events, Haythorn Ranch Futurity, Ranch Horse Competitions and used him for ranch rodeos. We were so impressed with the quality & disposition of this young gelding that when the opportunity came to buy Busy we jumped at the chance. Busy was sold the July 2021 and currently resides in Montana.

Streaks of Smoke(Reference Sire)
2013 Bay Roan Stallion
We sold "Hot Wheels" the spring of 2021 but will have colts out of him in 2021 and have a few fillies to keep for the broodmare band. This son of A Streak of Fling should provide an excellent outcross to our cow bred mares and to our Two D Driftwood daughters. This stallion has the sweetest easy to handle personality and is well broke. We will be using him on the ranch and maybe in the arena in the near future. Keep an eye out for this young stallions offspring. Hot wheels was sold in February 2021 and currently resides in Minnesota as a mounted shooting horse.

Vascos Lowry Star (Reference Sire)
2007 Blue Roan Stallion
When we lost Blue Lighting Ike, we searched for a blue roan stallion to replace him. Many years ago we had visited Jim Bowers and his program. We were very impressed with the quality of his horses and the size and substance they had. We felt that this stallion would make a good outcross onto our driftwood mares. This stallion was injured as a colt so is not able to be ridden. He was sold the fall of 2018.

Docz Coy Bandit (Deceased)
2006 Sorrel Stallion
This stallion was purchased as a weanling from Klatt Quarter Horses in Killdeer, ND. He was injured as a colt and the gentleman that raised him used him only on his few personal mares. We acquired the stallion in 2012 and decided to outcross him on some of our Two D Driftwood daughters. Our first colts came this spring and boy did he impress. We are excited to see how they grow up and if they show the natural cow that he shows just when he is penned by cattle. Unfortunately, due to his injury he had to be put down the spring of 2016 but we are excited to see what his fillies will do crossed on our other stallions.
Jana Red Hancock (Deceased)
1999 Bay Roan Stallion
Chip is used like a gelding on our ranch. He throws colts with a lot of color, pretty heads and quiet dispositions. We have sadly decided to downsize our mare herd so will be selling Chip. We have owned him since he was a two year old. He is easy to handle and most of the time you wouldn't know that he is a stallion. We have only pasture bred with him but I am sure hand breeding would not be an issue. He is the stallion that you can walk out to the pasture and catch, saddle him up and be moving cows. There has been several times that Trent has trailed his mares out to their breeding pasture on him, unsaddled and let him go. We are very sad to see this wonderful stallion go but hopefully he can improve someones breeding program like he has done to ours. Below are some photos of his colts being used on the ranch. Please contact us if you are interested.
Peptos Golden Cowboy (Deceased)
2005 Palomino Stallion
Pepto is a fancy golden palomino stallion that we purchased from Lapke Quarter Horses as a colt. His sire Peptos Playboy qualified for the World Show in Working Cow Horse and has over 45 points in Working Cow Horse & Reining. We have used Pepto as a ranch horse as well as a stallion. He was used for one spring during calving. He is very cowy. His walk can really cover the country and he seems to be throwing that on his colts as well. We are riding his first three year olds this year and they have been very easy to start. Below are a few more pictures of him and pictures of some of his offspring. Pepto was sold to Canada in 2010 and sadly passed away several years later.
